No Manners

<p>Went to this pathetic engen garage in vosloorus to complain about my water bottle cap which was broken by one of the petrol attendance. Travor who is the manager took my complaint and still have not given me feedback, i want my money that i used to purchase the new cap as they are not honest enough to sort this out for me, ive been to this egen garage twice to get a response but they continue to show me how useless and encompitent they are. as a manager you have failed the first rule on your SOP which is service delivery. I would really appreciate if one of these incompitent idoits to respond.</p>
