No fuel for days on end at Pellissier Engen, Bloemfontein

We have a local Engen filling station which has been sitting without fuel and very limited stock in the shop itself for months now.

I've been in contact with Engen via Facebook, and while their initial response was reasonably quick, promising to get someone to give me a call in the process, I've not heard a peep out of them for several weeks since.

I don't quite understand how they could allow bad management of this particular petrol station when their brand is at stake. It seems like they apply the rules as they see fit, leaving certain shoddily run stations be, while getting on the case of others for even stepping slightly out of line. Does not make sense in my opinion.

The petrol station in question has been present in this neighbourhood for years and years and never had an issue until the new owner took over. I really do not see the point of having a petrol station around without petrol or diesel - they may as well close it down and be done with it, or allow another brand to actually provide some semblance of service.
