No Feedback

On Monday morning, i was at Glendene Motors (Engen branch) in Belgravia road just after 6:30am. I was there for almost 10 minutes without being assisted by a petrol attendant. I sent an e-mail to the call centre & they responded with a million & 1 questions before they can assist me. The consultant, Kelly Dollie, has extremely POOR ATTENTION TO DETAIL as some of the information I provided waa in my e-mail. Another consultant e-mailed me & filled in some of the detail. I completed the other information required. To date no feedback has been received. I've decided to rather support another branch.
