No difference at this Woolworths Foods

Around 22 minutes after 1 earlier today I made a stop en route to the office from another town to buy a magazine or something else to read once I got home after work. The obvious choice was to stop at this particular establishment since I'm accustomed to the level of service I usually receive at similar branches . What a mistake though....The shop was quite empty with little clients, so a searched for which reading material might appeal to me. After deciding I proceeded to the queue, of which there were no one paying in front of me. I stood there feeling like I might as well have been invisible. All the cashiers, about three or four were busy with their own stuff, chatting....when I decided to step to the nearest till, Marlin stepped forward, no greeting, no asking if I had a My School Card, none of the standard stuff which set Woolies apart from the rest. I felt so small to say the least. A white gentleman took place behind me and immediately the lady at the next till stood to attention. The staff at this branch really are in serious need of customer service training since this is not my first sub-standard service received to date. They clearly lack the ability to serve the public
