New Engen Garage making life hell for community!

We have a new Engen Garage being built in Chiawelo Ext 3. We have not had electricity now for 3 days because the garage consumes our electricity. We have TVs not working, lights are off, some lights go on. The whole neighborhood has microwaves not working, fridges not working, certain plugs not working. Now we need to pop out money to get electricians and appliance people to fix all these issues in our households. We need someone in a higher position to contact us urgently. We cannot find the owner of this garage and now will take it further, including Twitter and all social media. We can't be struggling with keeping our kids at home during this Covid19 and then not being able to keep them occupied. Some of us work from home and couldn't do that because we have a garage *****ing our power.
