Negligence of Engen Employee (Lonehill) - Smoking car engine and oil leaks

On the 26th of May I had went to Engen Lonehill and told the attendant to fill up my tank, check my oil and water as well as my tyre pressure. I am a regular at Lonheill and so is the rest of my family. Everything seemed to have gone well until Tuesday when I get home from work and I get a burning smell. As soon as I parked, I looked over at my bonnet and I see smoke coming out of it. I opened the engen and what do I see?? My oil tank is OPEN and oil spilled all over my engen that left it burnt brown!!!!!! My oil tank lid was stuck inbetween my engen and a wire. Now I travel from lonehill to centurion for work everyday what if something had to happen on the road?? Who will pay for the damages? Me. I had went back to the garage and spoke to the Manager and he was willing to help. I gave him the receipt with the attendants name on it. The manager filled my tank with ONE PINT of oil which I had lost in 2 days!!! And requested me to come tbe next morning to wash my engine. I thought it was all over however it was not!!!!! On the 5th of June I had received a letter from my complex issuing me with a flippen fine for oil stains that the attendant had caused. Now who is going to pay this fine as this is not my doing??? This is negligence of the employee!!! The fine states that it be cleaned within 7 days or the pavement be replaced with a R500 fine. I had tried cleaning it at my own expensive however it did not work. Engen, I am not paying for the damages out of my own pocket for something your employee had done!! Engen is a good company however this employee has let you down!!! This needs to be resolved as I am not paying this!!!
