Negligence and no accountability
I am beyond words with the events that have happened to me because of the negligence of 1 employee and the accountability of a manager that offered no help, but was only interested in debating with me. I am now left with a blown casket!! I came to the Engen Kritzinger Service Station on the 22nd of may, was offered and oil and water check. My water coolent after this was replaced with an Engen oil cap and my water coolent had vanished. I drove over a week unaware, up until I noticed my car was heating up. I then had the bonnet opened only to find this out. The following morning, I went to the Engen involved, I was told that I need to buy a water coolent and go buy the water coolent cap. They then tired the water coolent with plastic. I then went and fetched my brother and came back to the garage, he demanded footage to be pulled out, they first said 2 weeks is too long for surveillance- by some miracle we were told it was available. They offered no help either than arguing with us. When I went back to start the scar the car refused to start.
I am livid! I am greatly dismayed! I had always preferred Engen over any other petroleum- I have no clue why! all I can say is I want accountability, for the events take place. I all boils down to principle.
