MY NAME PUT IN DISREPUTE BY ENGEN OWNER IN MELMOTH

12 August right after 14h00 pm i went to ENGEN Garage in Melmoth to fill up my car as i was about to take a trip. I queued at the bowser for about 20 minutes or so . No one said anything to us until an Indian guy driving a Mercedes also joined the queue. Mr Greef who is said to be the owner of the ENGEN garage in Melmoth ,came out of the garage shop to tell the Indian guys that only one bowser is working so he should move up to the upper bowser. We looked at him and quickly he felt guilty I guess coz he immediately turned to us and told us the same message. surprisingly we had been queued for more then 30 minutes compared to the Indian guy.

we never responded to the white guy as we were still stunted by his action. the other African petrol attendant then came to us and asked that we move the car to the working bowser and swiftly we did that.

we filled the car and bought ice cubes and left.

Monday 13 August 2023 Mr Greef came into my office/work place and approached my supervisor saying that i abused him and also assaulted him. he said he has all the proof and cameras recorded everything .

mind you , I went to the garage on Saturday afternoon in my private car for my private event . My question is why did he come to my work place and lie about me ? what was his intensions ? when did i even say a word to him ? did i even come out of my car , as i believe the word 'assault" means physically attacked . why would he come to my supervisor , is this for a disrepute intention ? why is he lying about me? Sunday around 12pm i also went there for fill up , why didn't he come and talk to be . i find his actions very offensive and in fact he needs to pay for this ************ , coming to my work for a whole lie. this is a pure defamation of character , never in my entire life have i ever touched someone or lay a hand on someone , left alone an elder. I want that evidence on cameras as he said , he does have evidence. I want him for clear my name and ,y reputation that he has just ruined . I am escalating this to my lawyer as this has damaged my name. and the entire ENGEN name with be all over as i would like to alert the community of this sick **** man who happens to own the ENGEN Franchise. unfortunately its the only way i can fight this as i am madly furious. I want MR Greef to clear my name and compensate me ,i want all the evidence of the assault event as he said.
