My experience in this garage

I'm really disappointed the way I've been treated in this garage, I don't know if they giving me attitude just because i had an incident with them about my petrol cap before or what but to be honest it's pathetic that's not how you treat yours customers because we are the ones who build up your business to grow, we all know that the are so many garage around umzinto but still I choose to come to your garage regardless of what happened in the past months, yesterday I went to the garage waited for someone to come attend my car but nobody came, over 20 minutes I'm waiting, 3 cars that came after me were attended with no hesitations I than decided to leave the garage and go to shell garage inside umzinto, the taxi drive I came after even asked them " haw guys should I assist this lady because no one is attending her and she's been here for long" I just rep**** and said don't worry baba I'll go to other garage where they willing to help all they customers equally" If this continues in future I'm sorry to say this your rather shut down the place now because no one want to deal with your stuff' s bad stinking attitude!
