Monopoly of Mooi river petrol stations no petrol not there problem

Mooi River Engen no petrol and the next station same owner no petrol now I'm stuck because of poor service and one person having the monopoly on fueling stations in Mooi river. Want to leave a complaint with customer service bad service again a poor and broken box talking sorry you can only log complaints on Week days. Now I'm stuck at a station at 18:13 on the 7 of December.
