Mobb of petrol attendents assault a customer

My brother went to Engen fuel station at Carnival City on Friday 20 May 2016 around 6am. After pouring R300 he gave his derbit card to pay but their speed point was not working they asked him to go inside the store to withdraw which he did only to find that their ATM was also not working. Seeing that their machines were all not working they then told him to leave his spare wheel, seeing that he was getting late for work he comp****. After work he had to go back to the garage which was not part of his plan for as he had to travel to Mpumalanga. On his arrival he told the cashier that he came to settle his bill and collect tyre but he made one simple request, PLEASE COMPENSATE ME FOR MY TIME AND FUEL, then that did not go well with the cashiers. The customer then asked for the manager he was told the manager starts his shift at 7pm then customer advised them that he will come back chat to the manager, he then came home which surprised us as he was supposed to go to Mpumalanga after work. I then went with him to the garage to see the manager on our arrival we went to the cashier asked to speak to the manager which and the cashier then asked a question " are you here to pay" and answered yes but would like to speak to the manager since you are not able to resolve the query at hand. The tyre was handed to the owner since he was there to pay but while waiting for the manager since advised he/she comes at 7 the staff crowded us and started pulling the tyre from its owner. One of them started punching the customer and all of them started beating the customer. While pleading with those attendents to leave him alone I was also assaulted by the the staff in full view of other customers. In the process my brother lost his wrist watch, sustained lacerations on his face and dislocated shoulder. This was a horrible customer service I have ever endured in my life. The customer protection act seems not to apply on this company , Engen seems to be good at traing employees how to be defensive and how to attack customers.
