Mistreatment by the Directors and Management

I've been quite for so long, I'm writing this review on how Engen Bloem 1stop staff is being mistreated by the Directors and Management. The staff is doing by all means to give the best service to their customers but deep down they work with fear. Engen Bloem 1stop overuse their powers towards their staff.

Alot of people were unfairly dismissed or being to told to resign. Few months back one if not two of my colleagues were unfairly dismissed. The first one was charged for not reporting on duty and it was his off day. The other one was dismissed without a concrete or solid evidence for something that he didn't do.

They don't even follow their policy unless it suits them. For e.g if a petrol attendant put a wrong fuel product in your car you get dismissed but according to their policy its a final written warning (negligence).

We are not being allowed to join any trade unions, you join a trade union you put your job at risk. Alot of sh*t is happening at Engen Bloem 1stop, they even rob staff their hard work salaries.

I just wish the headquarters can do a follow up investigation . We enjoy what we doing but the management is making our job difficult. It's 2023 but it feels like back in apartheid at Engen Bloem 1stop.
