Minty's Engen Garage Amalgam Horrible Service

Poor service at Engen garage in Amalgam i.e. Minty's Tyres and Mags. Upon visiting the garage to fill full tank in my car the petrol pump attendant was busy filling. I quickly went into the one stop shop which again had poor service. The steers lady took 3 attempts and just make an ice cream cone. This delayed me and during this time the forecourt manager by tge name of Amin instructed the pump attendant to continue running the pump for other customers. Hence when I returned to pay tha amount displaying on the pump was incorrect. As a result how do I know the amount I was INSTRUCTED to pay was correct? In addition to this this so called manager called Amin was not representing Engen in any way by means of uniform he was extremely rude stating that he needs to make money and has to keep the pump running and just give a an amount to pay. When asked to speak to the manger the actual manger is a guy by the name of Peter. So is Peter just a "forefront manager" for BEE status. So in the quest to "make money" we throw customer service out the window? Yet it is us that are enabling them to make money as we are paying ! What about the CPA law? Is this how Engen makes customers number 1?
