Manager is Rude , Take care of your valuable items

My brothers phone was ****** while he was at the garage buying water. He asked for the manager so we could view the camera footage to see what happened to the phone as it was in his pocket the one minute and gone the next. Manager Naeem had excuses everytime My brother went to the garage, either system was down or he'd say he called my brother and sent sms's but we had no records of that. Tried to find out if on his own his taken steps to assist us by maybe viewing the footage in our absences he made it very clear that it is not his duty to assist us... told us to report him wherever we want to and hung up while I was talking to him. Word of advice keep your valuables in the car when buying at the store because should it go missing from your pockets you will struggle to get assistance from the manager. Customers are not a priority at this garage.. Manager is very rude!
