<p>I wanted to buy something on special from Engen One Stop Bracken City and had a dispute with the cashier about the price. He tried to tell me some story about why the price is higher, but I insisted that it should be less.</p> <p>He asked if I wanted to speak to the manager. Mister Rakesh came and immediately agreed with me and apologised for the error. He did a computer override and said that he would take it up with head office so they can correct it. I was actually surprised at his amazing reaction and quick resolution.</p> <p>Well done!!</p>
