Makes a person sick

It has now been more than once that we visited the Engen Garage in Andries Pretorius street in Bloemfontein as we live near by it is easier to stop there to fill up. But now we have decided that we will rather support one of the other local Garages in our area that ever go there again. The first complaint was a while back when we stopped there and sat waiting for almost 20 minutes while people who stopped after us was helped first. Second complaint was when we stopped there and wanted the attendant to check the water and oil of the car and he did not even know how to open the bonnet of the car and scratched the bonnet in the process of opening it. Third complaint is we stopped there yet again and wanted to fill up and again we had to wait almost 30 minutes for service while people who stopped after us was helped first. The forth and final complaint is for last night we stopped there just after 12 having had a long day we were tired and wanted to get so petrol before heading home for rest, the attendant that helped us clearly did not know what she was doing again we wanted the water and oil checked and she screamed for help after having to wait a male attendant finally came over and it was clear that he had been sleeping and was very upset for having been bothered they were both rude and again the bonnet got scratched. We wanted to have the tyres pumped as well but left that rather. With every other complaint we contacted the manager of the establishment and well clear as day nothing has changed and we never had any feed back either. The manager is never there, as we have been there at different times of the day and we daily use that garage but no more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They can't do a desent job of even washing the window, they take their time, they are not trained well enough to do their jobs and they are plain and simple RUDE!!!!!!!

Good day,

No I will not stay a customer of Engen I will support one of the others as the Manager / Partner there has contacted us and **** straight up. When we stopped there we filled up with R200 petrol, she says now that we only filled with R20 *** who does that R20 will get you no where. Then she proceeded to tell us that her staff did not open the bonnet to check the water and oil and also that it does not show on the camera that we had to push start the car when it did not want to start. We have a slip from KFC where we stopped before going to Engen and we left KFC at 12:03 that morning to go to Engen. Her video footage was tampered with cause how can two people miss remember filling up with R200, waiting for water and oil to be checked and then having to push start a car at that time of the morning coming from work???????? Engen is the worst company I have ever come across and Shell will have my business now where I fill up twice a day so Engen say good bye to R1028 per day from me as Shell will have that business. Libra motors is **** and also we where phoned by your HQ who told us that one of your people whould be there on the Friday morning and that person who never showed up either!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Your word means nothing
