Left out in the cold at Engen Jet Park

I got dropped off by an Uber from the airport to be fetched by my family at the Engen. It was early, at about 8am. I got into the shop and bought some stuff and waited inside because it was cold. A security guard came in and told me that I couldn’t wait inside with my bag. I explained that it was cold outside and that my family was close by. He wouldn’t hear it and told me the waiting area was outside and those were the rules. I had to then go outside and wait in the cold. Even if those were the rules: 1. I was a paying customer 2. The could be an exception to the rules considering that it’s winter. I commend the petrol attendants that I stood outside with because they were very friendly. It’s just sad that one person messed up my experience there.
