Leaking Gas bottle from Engen Twin Palms Kempton Park wont get exchanged by manager

Engen Twin Palms in Kempton CBD opp. McDonalds sold me a leaking gas cylinder and none of the staff or Mohamed the Manager want to replace it, give me their supplier's name or a refund and an empty bottle. I am now stuck with a leaking bottle that is posing a risk. Who do I contact as Mohamed refuses to speak with me, as a paying customer? Every time I get there, he has already left but I was told that he knocks off at 5pm but at 16H45 he has already left. Kindly make contact with me to find a solution to this problem that I am facing.

I guess I will just go and die, then. And NO, no one made contact with me to try and resolve this. Thanks for nothing. Much appreciated.

Your people are cheapskates. At this point, I don't even expect anything to get done at this moment. What I would like for you to do for me, is give me the name of your supplier
I keep explaining to them the reason I brought it back after nine days is that I use 2 gas bottles. The other one was connected and I ALWAYS WAIT FOR IT TO FINISH BEFORE I HOOK UP THE NEXT. When I did find out that the gas bottle is indeed leaking after 4-5 days of purchase, I tried calling them and, SURPRISE, SURPRISE, their number DOES NOT WORK. Why is that. I was not going to haul the full cylinder back without giving them a heads up. All we need to do right now is, give me your suppliers name and continue being a cheap multi-million rand company and I will try to sort it out with them. Unless, of course, they do not exist and you have been selling us **** LP Gas. Humour me, please.
