Lack of support
I have downloaded engen 1app and had used it for past 3 month.
This is the best concept ever...
I am experiencing issues on the app and it feels like there isn't support for users, i have sent a mail to engen have been responded but we are going in circles and not solution.
I suggest support if you are aim for majority of customers to use this.
