Lack of concern from staff

So there is no running water in this area,a problem from this morning.I desperately need to use the ladies facilities but the door is locked and a sign saying out of order.so I ask the staff of Wimpy what I must do and no one, even the apparent manager, can tell me what the alternative plan for ladies is, or where the staff are relieving themselves.how are they washing dishes or lettuce etc. I am appalled because isn't the point of a rest stop so that you can relieve and refresh yourself? What upsets me the most is the attitude and lack of concern from the staff.
