Isaac cant do his job...

I had an incident in febuary at the big engen by northgate.. was verbally assaulted by the owner of the garage because the petrol attendent put more petrol then i asked and refused to pay.. i had my baby who was at the time 1 and a half years old in the car chair on my arm. I have meen emailing an isaac mwanza and he has not had the decency to reply to my mails. The matter was handed over to legal about 2 or 3 months ago.. got an email from isaac that i didnt undersatnd and asked him to clarify but he has not bothered to respond.. feeling very annoyed and will take this matter further if this is not sorted out with immediate affect.
