Is there a criteria?

I made a choice to exclusively refuel at Engen because its good for my ebucks. There are two Engen service stations thats are relatively close to where I stay, the one in Parktown and the one in ****arney. I use the one in ****arney because it's on my way to work and that's when I usually prefer to fill up. There's an attendant with a name tag that says "Scelo" there. What I'd like to know is whether he has a particular criteria he uses to choose the customers he'll service. As I approached the pumps, he pointed me to a pump and then as I was pulling in, he spotted a Prado going to the pump behind him and he simply turned around ran to that Prado, leaving me unattended until another attendant came and took over. Now, he can't be choosing on a first come, first served basis, which leaves me to believe it's either a gender, race or economic status (based on which car you drive) thing. I asked him and he just mumbled incoherently. Honestly I was very disappointed.

Early April, after the same guy serviced my car (fuel, water and oil), it was overheating when I got to work. When I opened the bonnet, the water bottle cap wasn't on the bottle, it was wedged between some pipes. Luckily it didn't seem to have damaged my head gasket so I let go.
