Injury on the Engen Meyers Park

Hi, my name is Sherel Keppler, I fall at Engen Meyers Park on the 02 Oct 2022, how it happens the petrol attendant fill our car and mess with petrol and rinse off with water. Before the fall he saw me getting out of the car and going into kiosk. Upon my return he did not shout or say, please don't go that side I spill petrol and rinse off with water. I fell, hurt myself that a sore body and sprain my ankle. The petrol attendant did even ask for my details, I had to call and ask for the manager, when I call, they ask for time frame when it happen, where they went and watch the footage of the accident and just sent me third party claim forms. I had to go to doctor because I was in pain, used my medical aid , sent time the doctor note and report to what was wrong with me.They ask for medical invoice that I send after Discovery paid the doctor. After that they said sorry our insurance will not pay you for anything because your medical aid paid. I lost out of 3 days of my current sick leave due to my injuries because of the fall. I spoke to Sipho Mbelle one on the owners and he adamant they will follow what they insurance say. Firstly, there was no remorse from Engen Meyerspark . I also feel they don't worry at all . When Sipho Mbelle ask me what I want I told him I would like to be compensate for my leave days and medical bills, still not response from the broker or himself Sipho Mbelle himself. I would like a lawyer to assist me on this regard
