Inhuman customer servives

I had a terrible experience at Engen N1 south in Midrand. My wife had a breakdown at N1. I went to the filling station with 5 litre to buy petrol to rescue her. The attendant was about to help me, when one of the attendant told him to seek permission from Johannes. He went to Johannes, and came back and told me that Johannes was coming. Johannes never showed up. My wife was in a very stressful situation with Midrand N1 been a hot spot for ******ies on the freeway, the experience i was subjected to at that filling station at N1 Bird south yesterday was inhuman and terrible. i do not wish anyone such. luckily i was assisted at Caltex filling station without having to be subjected to uncaring employees like the one at Engen Bird N1.
