Incredibly disappointed

Incredibly upset at the fact that when we went to put petrol in at Engen Plumstead this morning, we asked specifically for R400.00. Our petrol attendant then continues to not attend to our vehicle and comes back saying the amount has gone up to R500.00 because it “jumped by itself”. We then had to make other arrangements as the attendant said he didn’t know and didn’t have a solution. Incredibly disappointed in the service received. Unfortunately didn’t get the attendants name, and we’ve been going there for years and have never experienced service like this.
