Inconvenience by Convenience Store
So there is stopped at the convenience store at Cosmopolitan Service Station this morning at 05H30 to buy some convenience items like magazines, crisps & juice and guess what I found??? This convenience store has been locked from the inside with a big lock (I got a picture taken), due to the fact to inconvenience the supporting customer that the customer only can get service through a small little window, where the card speedpoint machines are. How on earth can this be called a convenience store ? I was thus prohibited to see the full variety of magazines, juices & crisps plus all the other items that is available on the shelves. On my enquiry as to why the shop's door was locked the staff member inside told me that the owner / manager instructed them to close it as they are afraid of getting burgled. What utter *******!! I intended to spend about R 400 to R 500 inside on goods needed for my long road trip, but instead I only have spent R 8-00 on a juice, as I was inconvenienced by this closure of the door. The funny thing here is that after this I made a U-turn up the street and went to the other Engen straight across and there the whole convenience store was open.
