*********** and rude

I was at the Engen at the Corner of Sarel Baard in Rooihuiskraal yesterday morning around 9 am to buy 20 vet koek. They only had 15. My kids 7 abd 8 year olds had a few then later I had one tasted fine. One bite of the second tasted like it had detergent. My husband tasted one same issue. Decided to alert the store. This was around 16:30 on Mon, 13 Dec. Was met with a pathetic, no regard nor respect for customers, Bridget Marau. Firstly she told me to come back the following day when the manager is available. In Covid times do I want to be in and out of public places unnecessarily and expose myself to covid. No listening skills whatsoever. Rude and doesn't know how to address the very customers that pay her salary.
