Incompetence nd rudeness

Good day,

Got to the engen garage in Northam Limpopo to get to fill up my tank and inflate wheels but this attendant by the name of Ben said that he won't be able to inflate them and when we asked why he said it it in sotho that " A ka se kgone" I mean really....why are there equipment to inflate but no service with no particular reason as to why not???
