Incompetence and rudeness
The petrol attendant didn't replace the oil cap and as a result I lost most of the oil on the N1, had to stop the car on the side of the road on the way to a lunch meeting with my family which I was late for. I then had to get someone to drive out to Paarl from Durbanville to take me to get 5 pints of oil. After getting the engine cleaned I took the receipts to the manager on duty at the station. His supervisor Jacques asked me to wait ten minutes to discuss the problem with me in person. I waited 40 minutes for him and eventually left.
When eventually he called me back he very rudely imp**** that I was responsible for the loss of oil and that he saw on the camera footage that his attendant replaced the cap. he finds it highly unlikely that I would lose 5 pints of oil! So now I have to wait till the 15th of July for the dealer to come back from holiday.
This is not treating customers fairly!!
