IMPERATIVE COMPLAINT ABOUT ENGEN ALGOA PARK

To The Management of The Engen Garage on St. Leonard Road, Algoa Park:

I write this email to you in a sorrowful and agitated state of mind. I am an Algoa Park resident who has been a loyal patron of your Engen garage for decades. This will no longer be the case unless management listens - and listens carefully- to the contents of this email.I wish to complain about the slew of vagrants that harass your customers in your parking lot.

There are two main concerns I have:

There are at least three individuals that swarm around your parking lot at any given time. They sit on a blue metal bar or on a little brick wall, waiting for your customers to park. As soon as one parks, they descend, asking for spare money, offering to wash cars, offering to carry bags or to watch cars. I've even had one straight up demand money from me.
This behaviour takes place on Engen property, and it makes me fell extremely vulnerable and unsafe. I feel as if at any moment one of these vagrants will snatch my purse or shopping bags. I have decided that I can no longer shop at your Engen garage, and I am not alone in this decision.

There is a man who washes the headlights of cars parked in your Engen garage parking lot. He does this without asking the permission of the driver, then demands money when the driver returns claiming that the headlights are now clean. This is totally UNACCEPTABLE! Who the hell knows what chemicals he washes car headlights with! I'm afraid that whatever he uses may bleach the plastic of my lights causing them to fade.
If my headlights do fade, will Engen replace them? I'd rather go to a different service station where I don't have to argue with a man about washing my car lights.

The situation at your garage has reached a point where I can no longer frequent your establishment. Unless management takes it upon themselves to alter the situation on the premises, I cannot and will not subject myself to the harassment and insecurity I experience at your garage.

Monica Heltzberg

Engen Communication Liason,

I must commend you for the 5 seconds of effort you put into your copy-paste reply. I've gone through previous complaints and I noticed that you didn't even try to change a few words here or there.

Also, the vague email I received stating the same thing is utterly useless to me. In your email it was stated that someone would be in touch. Nobody has been in touch with me.

So, are you going to hit me with another copy-paste reply or give me an actual response that gets further than someone sitting in an office pressing copy-paste?
