I went to engen MacD orchards first thank you so much for excellent customer service to Kenneth clearly he was tought the right thing about customer comes 1st well he clearly lived up to the values until Nelson the manager was shouting at him for doing the right thing I was wearing a gown and had a 9 year old who could not buy cigarettes then I asked Kenneth he was shouting at the employee for doing the right thing just for me to move my car and there was no car behind me please in future don't be nasty to your employee treat them with respect and dignity
