I was told to voetsek

<p>I went to engen garage in Richmond to fill up diesel , I found a truck on the diesel pump and went to buy airtime which I urgently needed .since the petrol station didn't have a quick shop I went to u save which is next door to engen .when I came back my car has been clamped and asked to pay R250 and voetsek by a Muslim guy despite trying to explain to him that there was a truck on the pump and needed airtime urgently. I paid the R250 and went. </p>
