I was attacked.

.As a trans-identifying individual I've always faced judgment,hate-speech and ************** but never have I had incounter at retail store. I'll start of by saying I no longer feel comfortable in shopping at Engen garage in Fourways mall because when I would regularly buy there,the staff being it that they all male would look at me in ways that made me feel unsafe and discuss me and that day was no exception because when I walked in that morning they immediately started discussing me and staring at me weirdly. I bought diced fruits and walked out,when I got to work I realized they were spoiled so my colleague and I decided to return them but when we got there we were matched and surprised. The guy at the tills wearing glasses him name is Melvin was so rude and gave us attitude then referred to me as Mjita knowing exactly who and what I am. He did it to spite me so I corrected him politely so but he refused to listen to me and said it don't matter what I say to him I'm a man and his call me a man all he wants. I then tell him it was a mistake him being made a cashier because I work in retail and you don't argue with a customer, let alone disrespect one continuesly. He then proceeded to say people like me he deals with them and I'm lucky his wearing uniform because if he wasn't he would've beat me up. When all this is happening the manager is apparently not showing to diffuse the situation or any of the guys there and the worse part they laughing proving that they used to doing this amd it's the stores culture to belittle customers who are *****/LGBQTAI+ community and I'm sure women too. ****phobia,Transphobia, Hate-speech, Gander based violence, bullying all in place that's supposed to be free of those expects but I experience it all in a matter if hours and even their head office doesn't take customers seriously because I emailed them and still no reply so I need to get justice because I want to go buy breakfast there,I can't because the Malvern will be there to look at me in the eyes and tell me I'll bully your existence and nothing happened to me.
