I want my money back

I went to pour petrol on 13/12/2015 at 09:55. I was served by Albert whom I told to pour R150.00 petrol for me. I left for church which is 2 minutes away from the garage. When I was parking I noticed that the petrol gadge in my car didn't go up. I went back around 12 after church to complain. i was advised the manager wasn't there I should come back around 5pm which I couldn't since I stay far.I called on Monday asking for the manager but was advised I should call on Tuesday which I did, I was given the same story.They took my numbers and advised I would be called back.
