I reported poor service but received no feedback. I am disappointed by the lack of communication and request urgent resolution

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am very disappointed with the way my complaint has been handled. I reported the matter and expected feedback, but to date, nobody has contacted me or provided an update.

This lack of communication reflects poor customer service and a lack of accountability. I request that my complaint be addressed urgently and that I receive formal feedback on the steps taken to resolve the matter.

If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will consider escalating the complaint to the relevant higher authority.
