I had to run for my life from ENGEN garage attendent

To Whom it may concern My name is Thokozani Thomas Sithole,

Today 15/08/2018 time was 15:30 I drove in to the Engen garage in Vosloorus( Marimba ext9) for petrol refill, When I got there they were patrol attended one was busy with another client. Other were inside by the till, all of them were there just standing talking for a while me and another lady who was driving a silver gray condo were standing waiting than after 2 guys came out there was a guy driving a bicycle both of the petrol attended went and stand with him than when they saw that the lady driving a condo was fighting they that came to me to assist. This tall dark guy when he came to me I got out of the car I said to him ( YOU GUYS DON’T RESPECT US) than the argument started with him on the same pump but the other side there was another petrol attended who interfered saying ( I MUST NOT SAY THEY DON’T RESPECT CUSTOMERS ) Shouting than all of them were surrounding us but there was that buy who touched me I than said to him he mustn’t touch me he that said he’s not scared of me even if he touched me what am I going to do to him than all of them said they not scared of us one guy I was driving with came out seeing that I was surrounded they also argued with we than got in the car same guy who was fighting said (FUSEG to us) I said YOU TO he then ran after us picked up stones tried to hit my car

I am so disappointed unhappy with the engen staff that is aggressive my question is where was the supervisor the behavior of the staff was total out of control to be honest I feel those guys did that because there is no supervisor or the supervisor was part of them I don’t know those guys wanted to beat us and no one was there to protect us as customers. I went to ENGEN as a customer and I expected to be treated as a customer not to be threatened and to be beaten by ENGEN workers am sure the cameras will give you more and can help show when this started and when that guy was running after us is this what ENGEN garage is about treating customers this way. I’ll appreciate if ENGEN can investigate this mater because now this means I cant go to that garage anymore because those guys they will beat me. My Contact number **********
