Horrific service - In utter Shock

Had the most horrific experience at Engen Parklands Service Station, 96 Parkland Drive, Kempton Park... Stopped to fill air, machine used was faulty and it blow tyre.. When I questioned who was going to pay for tyre... Attendant claimed I u hised a ****** remark and turned the whole think onto to me.. People crowded shouting at me.. But they where not even there to witness what happened. They refused to give me owners name saying he died.. On site manager was not interested in my story.. Said she just wanted to know if I made a ****** remark.. I was left with a blown tyre and a punctured spare.. They didn't want to assist me saying it can't be repaired ... Had to get outside help to drive car home on rims and to fix now at my expense... I have been using this service station for the past 10 years.. Cannot believe how the tables where turned around... Disgusted with such sad behaviour....to take ownership of a mistake .. They stopped using that gauge.. And while waiting.. Watched while 2 attendants help fill air in another car... Manager denied that there was a problem with their gauge. I will like to bring to your attention the kind of service being offered under your brand
