Horrific service from petrol attend Tumisang at Engen Carlswald

Horrific service from petrol attend Tumisang at Engen Carlswald. Asked him to buy me cigarettes in the shop as I had my 2 small kids in the car. He swore at me calling me a ***** saying I'm not hes child and I shouldn't send him. I escalated the matter to the manager Ismael who escalated the matter to Dr Gutta the owner. All I'm told is that he was given a verbal warning and swearing at a patron in full view of staff n other customers is not a dismissable offense. I use that garage daily and I'm appauled at the sanction given and how Dr Gutta was very condescending when he provided me with feedback. He didn't care at all and simply said all I will get is an apology. Or I can write him a letter My advice is don't use this garage as petrol attendants are unruly and treat customers badly n nothing gets done!!!
