Horrible & ****y service

On the 9th of June 2021between 21:00 &21:30 i drove to Engen protea Glen to buy electricity upon my arrival there was 3 staff members not wearing their masks,I went to the cashier to make my purchase i gave her my electricity slip together with the money ,she didnt greet,i told her i need R200.00 of electricity she gave back the slip and told me to read her my meter number "as my job is only to take money"(says the cashier),I thought I didn't hear her properly as I asked her to repeat what she said &she repeated again"read out the meter number my job is to take money".I asked her to give me back my money I'll go buy somewhere.she didn't apologise,she gave back my money & I drove off to go buy @ Bp garage in Protea Glen.she was also not wearing her mask.I felt less of a human,less of important too or perhaps my money wasn't good enough for her to treat me that way.I need clarity from the owners of that place.
