Horrible .Traumatic experience

I went to this engen quick shop to put fuel in my car at round about 8 at night with my sister and kids.I got there for about 5minutes no one was helping us.I went inside and paid and even told the cashier that no one has helped me yet.I went back to my car and before I even reached my car.the attendant his name is Gift came and my sister and kids opened the door and told him to put fuel and they even told him the amount.he ignored and went to the other car that just pulled in .when I got to my car I asked him if he has put fuel and he said no.I told him I was here for over 5minutes and no one helped me .Gift was not apologetic at all instead we was very rude and arrogant to me.we even exchanged words and he even told me "FUTSEK". I told him that I would like to speak to the manage and he pointed at his badge and said this is the manager and he asked me ", what can you do " .so arrogantly .the guy who was in the other car was even laughing at the incident .I work with customers myself and I know that the customers is king. This horrible service is just so traumatising to me.THis attendant Gift was so disrespectful and horrible. He has displayed the worst servise ever.people like him must not be working with people at all.I even asked him is this how you treat customers in this place.of all the attendents that were there .no one had the decency to apologise on behalf of him.that makes me wonder what kind of people you are hiring at engen oil.Gift was insulting me and even pointing a figure to me.this is very unacceptable. Can someone please fire this boy.he cannot work with people.how did he even get this job.what certificate s or credentials does he have .was the background check done on this attended.do these attendants even get proper training about customer service .what massage are they sending out about engen oil.Please CEO ,Regional manager ,do something about this.I know that you know about Treating Customers Fairly .this horrible terrible service is not acceptable. I will not buy from this garage anymore.
