Horrible services

Engen is proving to be absolutely sh#t when it comes to customer service. Not once but multiple horrible experiences yet we fill at there garages, constantly and are known to fill at the garages. Engen, the head offices, completely ignores your emails to them. You have the petrol station/managers passing discriminating remarks. The stuff is absolutely disrespectful. They sell you food that is off and insists that it is not off and insults you thereafter and discriminates you. This company is just pathetic.
