Horrible Service from Petrol Station with no responsibility

On the 6th of January 2022 my employee and business partner went to throw in petrol at the Engin in Hindle Road Blue Downs for the amount of R600. The petrol attendant placed the nozzle in and at a certain time the driver of our utility vehicle heard something sounding like water running and he checked and saw that the petrol was running out. He notified the petrol attendant that did not even stop while he saw this happening and about R200 petrol laid on the ground. We contacted the garage as they a the refusing to take ownership of their mistake and is still standing on the fact that the problem was on our side yet we throw in petrol regularly and this has never happened before. The petrol attendant never placed the nozzle in correctly and never stopped when he was notified by my employee what was happening he just continued. They also refuse to give the owners details. please assist.
