Horrible service from engen kaalfontain

last night around 10pm wanted to pour petrol at kaalfontain engen garage the petrol attendance told me he will not pour petrol to my car until i turn my car to face to the left however my tank is on the right and i made sure that my car tank is facing the right petrol pump, he refuse to pour petrol and i said to him its fine ill go to another petrol station and he said its fine i can go. what kinda service is that.
