Horrible service at the car wash at engen riverhorse valley

<p>I am so dissapointed with the service at the car wash at engen garage at riverhorse valley durban this morning ,</p> <p>got there at 07:30am and the car only got washed at 08:00am they have no sense of urgency , it wasnt even busy, worse part is that they only told me after washing the car that they wont dry it i will have to pay extra wich was fine with me, until i saw that the car infront of me paid the same amount but they were able to dry it when i asked i was told they doing a favour for that man, and wen i complained at the till the lady told me its non of their business if they doing favours for others and not me i must just pay, i paid and ws so dissapointed of the response, and when they were drying the car they were not doing it correcly on purpose i had to show marks on the window and they were all just laughing as if it a joke that m upset and late for work,,,, so dissapointing </p>
