Horrible service

Horribe services by workers in the Engen Penta Mokopane shop..i recomend people not to go in to those toiles that they have installed that you have to pay R2 as it is a money eating sceem,you insert your R2 and the stupid gate does not open and when you ask for help from the *********** staff who have no clue what customer service is they just tell you that it is your loss.They tell you that there is no one to assit on Sundays,what kind of answer is that to a paying customer.The staff in the garage is very rude espcially the lady who works in the so called canteen next to the canteen and a gentelman whom i did not get a name as he just did not care..so of that was my last R2 then i was supposed to mess on myself as they said'o jelwe o jelwe'.Imagine how many people loose they R2 as they gate does not open
