Horrible customer service

I was so disappointed with the service i got. Usually the males wipe the windscreen and have no trouble but a smile on their face. Today we were served by Nonjab. She finished with the petrol. Did not ask about oil or water. Angry face the whole time. When my husband asked her to throw a packet because she was close to the bin thing, she refused and said she was busy. Walked away to stand .....i mean literally STAND at the next bouzer. I have attached the receipt so you can view this footage.
