Horrible Customer service

Engen Zola Iam so upset by the treatment we were given by MO***WANE this morning on our way to church, we are regular customers in that garage, just that today we were pumping tyres and not filling up this morning.

Please make sure that you hire dedicated workers who are willing to help customers, please make sure that you train your staff for customer centricity.

The service is poor or is it because we are based in Soweto or we are African, why is the service or customer centricity in Soweto and in surbabs not the same, our morning was just ruined 😡😡😡😡😡, please treat this as urgent.

And they don't even accept a CLICKS CARD, why is that?
