Horrible customer service and manager with bad attitude

I was at engen on 02/01/2016 I Wolmarans. The ice was priced R25 for 3 liters, but the product was 2 liters. When I raised my concern with the cashier she responded in a dismissive manner that they'll fix it. I asked to speak to her manager who's mane is Iman Radebe and he said it's an error they made and continued assisting customers that came after me. When I had to call him again after ignoring me that their prices are misleading he said it's either I take it or leave it and that I can go ahead and complain. All their staff members didn't even have name badges. I had to ask him who he is.
