Horrible Customer Service

On Monday the 3rd of June 2019 I went to pour petrol at Engen - Mimosa convenience centre which is situated at Cnr Beyers Naudé Dr &, Mimosa Rd, Blackheath, Randburg.

The petrol attendant forgot to take out the petrol nozzle our of my cars petrol pump, he told me he was done n that I can park my car on the side and he moved away from my car - as I drive out to park my car , the petrol nozzle that was still in my petrol pump messed up my petrol pump.

The unfortunate part is the manager (Portia) and the owner (Mohammed) of the store are not even taking our calls anymore as they need to replace my petrol pump that was damaged by their employee - they do not have customer service at all or even show remorse for what their employee did. This store really makes it comfortable to go to any engen garage as I fear that all Engen garage's are just like this one.
