Horrible customer care and store owner

I can't believe I have used this company service for as long as I can remember they don't care about their consumers as the owner of the garage showed and tried to intimidate me and tell me I was at fault because I have been driving my car for year's and he wants to tell me how it works they have put my whole family in danger driving without a cap smokers throw buds everywhere and one would have landed in the car causing an explosion, but they don't care. About black people, it seems if I was white this would have been handled differently the lady from customer care even said I won't get the results I am looking. For so they know they **** up and nothing is done
